Shirley has been on staff at EBC for approximately 25 years as the Outreach Secretary and Ministerial Assistant. She is a mother of 3, Nana of 3, and Great Nana to a beautiful little girl named Katie Ann. She was the wife of Randall Scruggs for 43 years until his death in 2014. She enjoys oil painting, reading, and writing poetry. She has published a book of her poetry entitled, "Blessed to be a Blessing." She enjoys her church family and takes care of her 90-year-old mom who now lives with her.
